Construction of Stands
The Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex offers a complete range of services related to the construction of exhibition stands of any complexity level. Besides, all the stands may be complete with optional equipment available for rent in our Catalogue.
Our Service Department is the principal constructor of the expositions at the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex.
Exponents that have their own designs of exhibition stands must undergo the procedure of engineering design agreement and receive approval.
Engineering Connections
To provide a comfortable work environment during the organization of exhibitions and events at all levels, “Novosibirsk Expocentre "experts carry out a complete list of utility connections.
Anywhere on the exhibition area it is possible for the exhibitors to connect to: electric power, a leased internet line, compressed air, plumbing and sewage solutions.
The Engineering Connections Section of the Service Department is the one in charge of engineering connections at the Exhibition Complex "Novosibirsk Expocentre"

Engineering Design Agreement
Technical control is performed to ensure safety of people present at the pavilions and temporary structures (exhibition stands, temporary facilities, stage complexes, and other structures) at the territory of the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex during the mounting-dismounting work and at the time of exhibitions and/or events.
The checking of design and technical documentation and technical control related to the placement and installation of temporary structures (exhibition stands, stage complexes, exhibits, machinery, and technological equipment) must be performed by the Supervision Service of the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex.

- 15 workdays prior to the beginning of ‘The Total Period of Conducting the Event’ for the construction of one-story stands;
- 30 workdays prior to the beginning of ‘The Total Period of Conducting the Event’ for the construction of two-story stands.
In case the application period is violated, the price of services is increased from 50% to 100%.
Provision of Catering
Catering at the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex is provided by ‘Fresco Catering’ Company.

Loading-Unloading Operations and Storage of Cargos
Storage and Logistics Department
The Storage and Logistics Department of the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex provides a wide range of loading-unloading operations and storage of cargos. Specialists of the storage facility also perform rigging operations of any difficulty.
The storage facility of the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex, the area of which is over 1,200 sq. m has its own modern loading vehicles and equipment.
Working hours of the Storage and Logistics Department
- during the days of events (mounting, event days, dismounting) – from 8.00 A.M. to 8.00 P.M.;
- other days – from 8.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.
- Days-off – Saturday, Sunday.

Equipment rental
"Novosibirsk Expocentre" offers a wide range of equipment for rent that provides an efficient and comfortable working environment at the complex.

Cleaning service – special cleaning service of the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex provides daily cleaning of the Exhibition Complex facilities. Cleaning of stands is ordered individually by sending an application to the Service Centre.
Cloakroom services – for the comfort of the guests who attend events held at theNovosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex the building includes two cloakrooms and a locker.
