Meeting room
Meeting rooms are located on the third floor of the exhibition centre.
Organizers of exhibitions and congress-business events can use the conference rooms of Novosibirsk Expo Center both for conducting business negotiations in a "narrow" circle, and as rooms for the recreation for VIPs, as staff headquarters of various delegations, preparation area for speakers, and an organizers' room.
Meeting room 1 enjoyes a round table with 10 black leather chairs, a wardrobe, a bureau and a cooler. Area - 38 sq.m., capacity - 10 persons if seated around the table, 25 persons if seated in the form of a "Theater".
Meeting room 2 enjoyes a round table with 10 beige leather chairs, a coat rack and cooler. Area - 38 sq.m., capacity - 10 persons if seated around the table, 25 persons if seated in the form of a "Theater".
Meeting room 3: area - 38 sq.m., capacity - 10 persons if seated around the table, 25 persons if seated in the form of a "Theater").
The room has two table (chrome legs),
10 chairs (chrome legs), a coat rack and a cooler;
can be used as a room of the organizing team
Meeting room 4: area - 48 sq.m., 35 persons if seated in the form of a "Theater".
