The World Snow Forum will attract visitors to Novosibirsk from January 17th to 19th, 2013

The forum will be held at the International Exhibition Center "Novosibirsk Expocentre", the largest exhibition center beyond the Urals.

The World Snow Forum will cover three main areas:

• An international Congress on "Ecology of Russia’s Northern Regions"
• International exhibition "Snow and urban economics"
• International exhibition "" Winter Sports Industry and Recreation"

In addition to scientific and business activities, the forum will feature a series of cultural events: The "Evening Snow Ballet" at the Novosibirsk State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, the largest opera house in Europe; the "Miss Snow Universe" beauty contest; the "Snow Sculpture Championships" as well as an extensive entertainment program for children and adults.
