The Second Stage of the ‘Capital of Siberia Cup’ Drift Competition Is to Take Place at the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex

The second stage of the ‘Capital of Siberia Cup’ Drift Competition will be held on the premises of the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex on August 30.

Organizer of this event – the Novosibirsk Automobile Federation – promises to amuse the spectators with an exciting race. 

The first stage of the ‘Capital of Siberia Cup’ Competition was also held at the territory of the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex this May. That breathtaking drift show wasattended by 4,000 spectators. 

According to the event organizers, the following competition that will be just as interesting is sure to attract a large amount of drift fans.  

Besides the competition for grown-ups, visitors will also have an opportunity to see the RcDrift competition brought to you by Rc54Nsk team.

Event Schedule:

12.30 P.M.– 1.00 P.M. – Opening of the competition, parade of participants;

1.00 P.M.– 2.30 P.M. – Qualification;  

2.30 P.M.–3.00 P.M. – Summing up the qualification results, publishing the results of the qualification and the start sheet;  

3.00 P.M. – 4.40 P.M. – Finals;  

3.00 P.M. – 4.40 P.M. – Parade of participants. Awarding ceremony for winners of the competition;

5.00 P.M. – 5.20 P.M. – Demonstration of sports cars to the audience.

Admittance of spectators starts at 12.00 P.M., ticket price is 300 rubles; children under age 12 accompanied by the parents may attend the competition free of charge. The tickets can be purchased at the Novosibirsk Expo Centre box office on the competition day.

The competition is held with the support from the Government of the Novosibirsk Region, the City Hall of Novosibirsk, the Novosibirsk Region Department of Physical Training and Sports, self-regulating NPO ‘Transport Union of Siberia’, and STSI Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Novosibirsk Region.
