Siberian Economic Forum ‘Russia-China: Practical Aspects of Cooperation’

On November 20-21 the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complexwill be hosting the Siberian Economic Forum ‘Russia-China: Practical Aspects of Cooperation’. The Forum will be comprised of expert sessions from leading specialists of the relevant sphere and an exhibition of companies that provide services in the field of international economic activities, business consulting, and international logistics. 

The business program of the event is devoted to relevant issues of interaction and expansion of cooperation between Russian and Chinese companies. The Forum will include two theme sections: ‘Investments and Trade’ and ‘Manufacturing. Services. Customs Operations, Logistics, International Economic Activities’.

Representatives of consulting companies, financial organizations, transport companies, as well as customs brokers present at the stands of the exhibition, will tell visitors about the peculiarities of running a business in China andgive practical advice they learned from their own experience.

Participants of the Forum will have a unique opportunity to discuss their projects of cooperation with their Chinese partners – from developing a business concept to selling end products – with the experts and calculate expenses needed for implementing the projects. 

Besides, the Forum will be featuring a roundtable discussion called ‘Training, Finding, and Preparing Staff Members for Joint Projects Between Russia and China’. Participants of the event will discuss practice-oriented education in China and Russia, training and probation opportunities for students, student exchange programs, recruitment agencies, and monitoring the most in-demand occupations on the labor market, the peculiarities of employment of foreigners in China and Russia, as well as industrial and contractual practices, and experience exchange during the joint Russian-Chinese projects.
