On September 30 – October 3 the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex will be hosting the International Exhibition of Construction and Road-Building Machinery, Equipment, Materials, and Technologies ‘SibComak/SibStroyExpo’.

According to the information provided by the event organizers, the exhibition will be featuring leading companies that represent the market of construction and road-building machinery, equipment and construction technologies from Germany, Italy, China, and Russia.

Visitors of the exhibition will be able to see multiple expositions.

Sections of the Exhibition:

  • Construction, road-building machinery, municipal vehicles;
  • Construction equipment, tools, rigging;
  • Concrete, reinforced concrete, concrete-placing equipment;
  • Construction materials and structures;
  • Elevator equipment;
  • Mobile buildings;
  • Labor safety and individual protection equipment.

In addition to that, the exhibition will also feature an extensive business program.

The list of events to be on September 30 – October 2 will include the industry-oriented forum ‘Modern Approaches to Modernizing and Managing the Housing and Utility Sector of Novosibirsk and the Novosibirsk Region’. The participants of the forum will discuss the current state of the housing and utility complex, improving the system of state and public control, pricing policy, and regulation of utility rates, the system of managing apartment houses, and other matters.

On October 1 the roundtable discussion ‘The Siberian Market of the Construction, Road-Building, and Commercial Equipment in the Environment of the Slowing Economic Growth’ will be held.This event will be devoted to discussing positive and negative prognoses of developing the market of the construction, roads-building, and commercial equipment, the influence of sanctions against Russia on the plans of European and Japanese manufacturers of the construction and road-building equipment concerning the development of their business activities on the Russian market, and other themes.  

On October 2 the roundtable discussion ‘Staff Training is a Relevant Problem in Developing and Modernizing the Construction Industry of Today’ will take place.Experts of the industry will discuss the problems of initial and further training of specialists working in the sphere of construction control and testing. The issue of working out an optimum set of skills and knowledge of students needed to fulfill practical tasks will be high on the agenda of the discussion. The participants of the event will also have an opportunity to learn more about practices of training middle-class construction managers used in the USA.
