New Trends in the Sphere of Low-Rise Construction and Landscape Design Will Be Presented at the ‘Siberian Home 2014’ Exhibition

On April 24-27, the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex will be hosting the low-rise construction and landscape design exhibition ‘Siberian Home 2014’.

According to information provided by the event organizer, ITE Siberia Company, the Exhibition will feature over 200 companies from Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Tolyatti, Kaluga, Tyumen, Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Biysk, Krasnoyarsk, Anzhero-Sudzhensk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Vladivostok, and other cities of Russia.

The Exhibition will include the following sections: 

  • Low-rise construction. Interiors;
  • Construction of wooden buildings;
  • Intelligent cottages;
  • Stoves and fireplaces;
  • Saunas, swimming pools, steam baths;
  • Landscape;
  • Green areas;
  • Salon of country houses.  

The largest section of the Exhibition - Low-rise construction. Interiors – will be featuring construction and finishing materials, façade solutions, insulating materials, dome structures for country houses, windows and doors, staircases and staircase protective railings, artificial and natural stone, sanitary equipment, and ceramics. As well as furniture, interior objects, and interior lighting.

Program of the Exhibition will also include seminars, panel discussions, and workshops. According to the Exhibition Director Svetlana Novikova, the participants will demonstrate their new products in practice using the DIY (do it yourself) format.

‘Workshops will take place at conference halls and next to the exhibition stands. Any visitor – a professional construction specialist or just a customer who decided to start building his own house – will be able to see the examples of using certain construction materials, learn about the advantages of certain heat insulation types or get to know ways of mounting water insulation properly, when constructing a swimming pool or a sauna. The suitable materials can, of course, be purchased right at the Exhibition’, told us Svetlana Novikova.  A series of landscape design workshops and seminars for professionals and amateurs will be held for the first time on April 26, 2014, as part of the ‘Siberian Home 2014’ Exhibition.

On April 27, 2014, the winners of the Gold Medal Competition at the ‘Siberian Home 2014’ Exhibition will be announced, with the awarding ceremony to follow afterwards.  

Visitors can use a free bus that will take passengers to the Novosibirsk Expo Centre on the days of the Siberian Home 2014’ Exhibition. The bus will depart every 20 minutes from Karl Marx Square (the bus stop near Versailles Trade Centre, opposite 19 Blucher Street). You can also reach the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex using regular buses 111E, 112 or the commuter train. 

A free bus will be waiting for visitors at Ob Station

Schedule of the special Novosibirsk Expo Centre bus was made up with regard to countryside commuter train schedule. Thus, the passengers who arrive at the Ob Station can take the special bus and get to the exhibition complex in only a few minutes.
