On October 21-23 the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex will be hosting the exhibition of food products, beverages, ingredients, and equipment InterFood Siberia 2014.

According to the information provided by the event organizers, the exhibition will be featuring over 90 companies from Russia, Argentina, Bulgaria, Greece, Kazakhstan, China, Lithuania, Tajikistan, Turkey, France, and South Korea.  

Visitors will be able to see technologies and equipment for confectionery industry, the processing of meat and poultry, flour-milling and macaroni products industry, dairy products, cheese and butter manufacturing, fish processing and the manufacturing of fish products.

Additionally, the program of InterFood Siberia 2014 includes workshops from leading brand chefs and cooks from the Siberian Guild of Chefs, as well as patissiers.

A contest of boning specialists will be held for the first time.

Among other scheduled events are the training presentations of preparing Danish baked products, chicken meat on bones, smoked ribs using the new generation vapor convection unit Convotherm 4.

The traditionally held Supplier’s Day will give the manufacturers of food products, beverages, and ingredients opportunities to strike cooperation deals with trade networks of Novosibirsk and find new distribution channels.
