On May 20-22 the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex will be hosting the Interregional Forum ‘Infosibera 2014’. It is a complex event aimed at creating an open public space for developers and consumers of information technologies and services, their interaction and coordination as part of implementing local, regional, interregional, and global programs, primarily in the social sphere.

The Forum will include theme conferences, panel discussions and exhibitions of information products, and services. Issues related to the development of modern information society.

The first part of the plenary session ‘State Policy in the Sphere of Information Technologies: Current State, Trends, Resources, Opportunities’ to be held on May 21, from 10.00 A.M. to 11.45 A.M., will feature Head of the the Novosibirsk Region Department of Informatization and Development of Telecommunication Technologies Anatoly Dyubanov, Head of the Section of Information and Communication Systems at the Department of Science and Technologies of the Russian Federation Ministry of Education and Science Andrey Lyshenko, Deputy General Director of ‘BARS Group’ Vladimir Solovyev. 

The second part of the session  to be held from 12.00 P.M. to 2.30 P.M. will be headlined by the chief freelance specialist on introducing modern information systems in healthcare sphere from the Healthcare Ministry of Russia Tatyana Zarubina, IT Deputy Director for the Russian Healthcare Ministry Central Research Institute of Organizing and Providing Healthcare Information Georgy Lebedev,  Head of the Novosibirsk Region Healthcare Ministry Department for the Development of Information Technologies Sergey Larin, Director of Partner Relations Department of  InterSystems Corporation Vadim Aniskin, General Director of ‘MedInTech’ Company Yefim Schulman.
