The AutoSib Exhibition has been conducted since 1990. It has been extended significantly since then: this year the exhibition features 150 companies from 23 cities of Russia and 6 countries of the world.

The international forum Transport of Siberia is conducted for the second time.

‘That is our second transport forum in Novosibirsk. And it’s not by accident, since the Novosibirsk Region is a well-known transport and logistic hub created back in the pre-Revolution Russia with the construction of the Trans-Siberian Railway. Comprehensive development of transport sphere including airplane, railroad, and river transportation components is a priority element of developing the Novosibirsk Region economy. During the forum we’ll discuss issues that will allow us to unleash the full potential of Siberian transportation infrastructure. We are the integral part of the Eurasian Continent, and our role will become more and more important with each year to come,’ – Vasily Yurchenko, Governor of the Novosibirsk Region.

The exhibition schedule includes the Car Component of the Year Contest, presentation of new products from Avtovaz Car Factory, Designer Cup 2013, and many more. The exhibition will feature the Second Siberian Automobile Forum at which top managers of large automobile companies, representatives of independent car service stations, and car component suppliers will discuss various problems of car industry and share their experience.

The exhibition will also include car sports events supported by the Novosibirsk Automobile Federation and held at the open-air section of the complex.

The Forum participants will discuss issues of developing the civilian aviation sector as well as basic approaches used in the creation of regional transportation network. Besides, other subjects such as public and private partnership in transportation sphere, tendencies present on the airfreight service market, improving the quality of passenger services, opportunities for reducing the costs of domestic transportation, and other relevant problems of the sphere will also be part of the discussion.
