The Best Examples of Belorussian Products Are Presented at the Exhibition Held at the Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex

The Novosibirsk Expo Centre International Exhibition Complex is hosting the National Exhibition of Belorussian Equipment and Industrial Products. The list of participants includes the subordinate enterprises of Belorussian ministries, state committees, and concerns, as well as Belorussian companies with hybrid and private ownership status, and Russian dealers of Belorussian enterprises. 

To begin with, among the event participants that presented their products and prototypes in the sphere of machine engineering are OJSC ‘MTZ’ (the Minsk Tractor Factory), OJSC ‘The Minsk Automobile Factory’ – the managing company of ‘BELAVTOMAZ’ Holding, OJSC ‘BELAZ’ – the managing company of ‘BELAZ HOLDING’, OJSC ‘Amkodor’, OJSC ‘Mogilevliftmash’, OJSC ‘Termoplast’ Minsk Factory, OJSC ‘BAAZ’ (the Baranovichy Auto-Aggregate Plant), Open Joint-Stock Company ‘The Managing Company of the ‘Minsk Motor Factory’ Holding’, OJSC ‘The Mozyr Machinery Factory’.

OJSC ‘Gomselmash’ presented its own-produced grain harvesters that are currently marketed in Siberia.

Kitchen equipment of GEFEST Brand including floor slabs, built-in kitchen appliances, and air cleaners were presented by the joint enterprise OJSC ‘Brestgazapparat’.   

The collective stand of the ‘Belnefthim’ Concern is featuring products made by OJSC ‘Belshina’, OJSC ‘Polotsk-Steklovolokno’, OJSC ‘Mogilevhimvolokno’, OJSC ‘Lakokraska’, and OJSC ‘Fossil Wax Factory’.

The event also includes a separate exposition devoted to healthcare. Health care products are demonstrated by medication manufacturers OJSC ‘Ekzon’, OJSC ‘The Borisov Factory of Pharmaceutical Drugs’, Unitary Enterprise ‘Minskinterkaps’, Republican Unitary Enterprise ‘Belmedpreparaty’, Unitary Enterprise ‘Medindustriya Service’.    

Separate sections of the exhibition are devoted to the construction and architecture sphere of the Republic of Belarus.

The official ceremony of opening the National Exhibition of Belorussian Equipment and Industrial Products featured the Chairman of the Belorussian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mikhail Myatlikov, the Board Chairman of the Belorussian Republican Union of Consumer Association Valery Ivanov, the DeputyRussian Federation President Envoy in the Siberian Federal District Andrey Filichev, Sergey Semkoacting as the Deputy Governor of the Novosibirsk Region, and the Mayor of Novosibirsk Anatoly Lokot.

All the participants of the ceremony emphasized the great importance and historic value of the events launched in Novosibirsk alongside the Days of Belarus in Siberia.

For example, the Board Chairman of the Belorussian Republican Union of Consumer Association Valery Ivanov said that the Siberian Federal District plays a key role in partnership of Russia and Belorussia, since Siberia and Belorussia share a long-term bilateral relations in trade and economic, scientific and technical spheres, and so on.  

‘Belarus is now presenting the largest demonstration of its capabilities in the entire period of cooperation between our two countries - in the spheres of machinery manufacturing, agriculture, chemistry and petrochemistry, construction, food industry. The turnover of goods between Belorussia and the Siberian Federal District keeps growing every year. We still have huge potential for increasing the amount of Belorussian products being exported. And today’s event is meant to be an incentive for deepening our bilateral relations, strengthening the international image of our countries. Belorussia is interested in successful expansion of its cooperation with all the twelve areas of the Siberian Federal District’, said Valery Ivanov. The Days of Belarus in Siberia also include an extensive business program. Among other events, the Forum of Business Cooperation ‘Belarus-Siberia’ will take place. According to the information provided by the event organizers, this Forum will be devoted to discussing the current state and the future of the Belorussian-Siberian Partnership with regard to today’s dynamics of developing the bilateral relations. The results of the Forum will be a valuable contribution to constructing one of the fragments of the Eurasian Economic Union.
