SelfMama Forum – all-Russian forum for moms with an active lifestyle.

SELFMama Forum is a space for experience exchange and dialogue that will help moms find inspiration and ideas on how to regain balance between motherhood and personal fulfillment.  

The Forum program includes:

• The inspiring central section featuring stories about successful moms from Russia who manage combining being responsible mothers with personal fulfillment, and lectures from experts in the sphere of parenthood and childhood.
• Practical sections: “Mom Runs a Business”, “Mom Makes a Career”, “Mom Makes Her Choice”.
• Individual experts' consultations in the sphere of psychology, coaching, and professional training, as well as creative workshops. 

Participation in the Forum is free of charge. Preliminary registration required.
